• We ship orders to all governorates in Egypt.
• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery times may vary depending on the governorate and shipping company.

• The customer can inspect the product before receiving it at no additional charge.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order after it has been shipped without a reason related to the product, shipping fees may apply according to the company's policy.

Preview before receipt: You can preview the product before receipt, and if you decide not to accept it, you will not incur any additional fees.

Exchange or return within 14 days in case of: a manufacturing defect (exchange or return is free). Your desire to return an unused product in its original condition, with only the return shipping cost to be borne by you.

No product can be returned or exchanged if it has been used or shows signs of use, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If it is found after inspection that there is no manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the shipping costs both ways.

Refilling: Available for original Albon pillows for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase provided.

Proof of purchase (order number or phone number) is required to benefit from exchange, return, or refilling services.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approving the return request, via Instapay or e-wallets.
